Whenever I hear that one of my friends is going to Roanoke, Kelly's is always my first suggestion. Along with all of their treats being amazingly delicious, the Staff are all incredibly friendly and make the experience that much better. Kelly's is one of my favorite places of all time and I always go whenever I'm in the area.

I have a major obsession with Boba Tea & macarons, so this place was like discovering heaven. The whole shop is cute and the setup is really cool. The boba tea was fantastic, the gelato was so creamy and then macarons were crisp and fresh. Very happy to have this place in Roanoke and I hope they stay for good!

Great selection and very friendly service. The kids were even able to sample the different flavors before buying, so they walked out happy too.

This is a wonderful family-owned business. I love stopping by here and discovering what's new that week. The macaroons are amazing every time, and I love the bubble tea and coffee. The gelato is the best I've ever had, and the mango sorbet is to die for. It's always a wonderful adventure tasting the new flavors, and they've definitely broadened my taste! I will keep coming to Kelly Café for years to come!

Everything tasted fantastic when I first stopped by. I got 5 or 6 different items for myself and family during my first visit. When I made the next trip a few weeks after, i got two dozens of macaroons and frankly, all of them tasted the same. Every flavor had the blend taste. Also, I was going to order some bubble tea but the person in front of me couldn't even get it cuz they ran out of bubbles. They didn't show any intention of making more bubbles for that day although it was like only 3pm, yeah it takes an hour to make bubbles so i didn't want to sit there and wait anyways. I wish I could still highly recommend this place, but can't anymore. Oh, and their business hours is too short (like elderberries, which closes at 6pm). I do want to say I really hope this business stays for a long time though.

Good creamy gelato, homemade macarons, and strong espresso! Staff was friendly and helpful. What more can ya ask for?

As someone with an allergy, I'm picky at new restaurants. My first impression was that the environment was fresh and everything was open, clean, and neatly put together. Then I noticed that the signs all had "GF" on them which means that bring a Celiac, I could eat most of their gelato! The green mint was awesome an I think we will likely be back to try more flavors.

So glad you've kept your Roanoke store open! My family and I just love your gelato and coffee! Your products, friendly staff, and beautiful clean store are very simply THE BEST!

Kelly Cafe is always awesome. This is our third time going. We've tried a few different flavors of the boba (bubble) tea. The flavors are consistently delicious and the toppings add a significant amount of variety to an already wide selection. The gelato is excellent, and the flavors are frequently changing. There are also macarons, though I've yet to try them.

THEIR GELATO IS THE BOMB! We got the karo, snickers and klondike bar. there were NO leftovers. I also got their peach bubble tea.... outstanding! We will be returning in the very very near future.

Probably my favorite ice cream shop I've been to. The place is gorgeous, the food is amazing, the staff is extremely friendly, and the prices are decent!

The Gelato is made on site and is wonderful! The lemon mint was my favorite, the mint didn’t overwhelm the lemon flavor. The pistachio cupcake was not too sweet and you really got the pistachio flavor. The only thing I can say about the macaroons is buy a dozen because one is not enough. I think the drive across town is well worth it!

I'm from PA, and was visiting my sister in VA. I went to try Kelly Cafe's bubble teas, which were really good. I ordered one with almond milk, because my sister is lactose intolerant, but they were out of almond milk. I ordered her a fruity one instead. I called mid-day the next day to make sure they had almond milk, and they didn't. I went somewhere else to get one.

Best Gelato I have had in a decade, literally. Fantastic. The staff is very friendly and was extra accommodating. Their desserts look incredible too.

Wonderful experience! Me and my boyfriend got Vietnamese coffee and it was life changing! We’re huge coffee fans and will be coming here for coffee from now on
